- How may I cancel or modify my order?
To cancel or modify your order simply contact oue Customer Service Department and provide the details of your order. If the order has been shipped please refer to our return policy.

- How can I return an item or items that I ordered?
In order to return any items purchased and delivered within 21 days of purchase you need to contact Customer Service for a RAI (Return Autorization Number). Once we receive the product we will immediately issue credit to you. Please note that due to the type of products we sell we can only accept unopened and unused merchandise.

- Why am I being charged sales tax?
We maintain facilities in Texas and distribution centers in New York. Beacause of our physical presence in these States we are required by law to charge sales tax on items shipped to addresses in those States.
